Kansas Secretary of State

In Kansas, the office of the Secretary of State has several duties.  Most are normal administrative things, like registering businesses for state taxes and publishing legal records.

Sounds like no big deal, right?

But crucially, the Secretary of State is also charged with overseeing elections in Kansas.  In these times when election integrity is a new front in the partisan political fight, it matters more than ever to have someone doing the job who is committed to keeping our elections fair and accurate.

The Secretary of State is at the front line of the fight to defend our democracy.

And I intend to hold that line.
